Orders are normally processed the same day inline with the order cut off times, the exception to this is when we are away at a quilt show or taking time off, in which case we will dispatch all orders on our return, this will be clearly displayed on the top of the website. If you want to know when we will be at a show in advance you can take a look at our events page.
We are closed on all Bank Holidays because there are no collections or deliveries. From experience we may decide not to dispatch Royal Mail the day after a bank holiday, to avoid the backlog.
We always try our best to ship the same day for any orders placed before the cut off times, but it is not always possible, especially for larger orders.
If you order anytime on a Monday keep in mind we have three days worth of orders to complete every Monday and we always process them in the order they are received.
You will receive updates about your delivery via email and text message. It is important you put in a mobile number for this.
Usually delivered Monday to Saturday only.
We don't offer any guaranteed next day or Saturday deliveries at all.
Products are either placed as a letter or a parcel depending on their price, size and weight including any packaging.

Click and Collect
We offer click and collect for our local customers so that they might save on shipping costs.

Click and collect is usually between 2pm and 4pm Monday to Friday. We leave work at 4pm.
You won't be aloud in to look around, it's not a shop where you can look around and we don't have planning permission for this so please don't ask.
