New Shipping Rates
New shipping rates in place from November 2023.
Countries are now placed into six different delivery zones, each with different prices.
Products are either placed as a letter or a parcel depending on the size including packaging.

Please contact us with the specific items you would like to order and we will be happy to work out the cost of shipping to your country. The price will vary depending on the size and weight of your order so please tell us exactly what you would like. Send us a message using the contact us page.
Vat / Tax / Customs Duty
International customers with an International shipping address will pay no uk vat or tax.
(when you choose your country in the checkout the uk tax will be removed from the price shown)
In some countries there is nothing to pay for smaller orders but in other countries you may be subject to customs charges such as excise duty and or local taxes in your own country. You the customer agree to pay any such charges. We do not accept any responsibility for any charges incurred. If you don't already know then you should check for yourself the customs rules that apply to your country before you place your order.
If you do not pay the charges and the order is returned to us we may have to pay the customs charges, if this is the case we will deduct any export, import, shipping and return shipping charges from your refund.
We think that in the EU you will have to pay the following customs charges, but you should check this for yourself.
Up to €150 you will have to pay import vat only.
Over €150 you will have to pay import vat and customs duty.
You should remember that nearly all of our products are not actually made in the UK for when customs duty is applicable.
You should expect the delivery company to charge you a processing fee.

In most countries you will receive an email and text message about the delivery. It is important you put in a mobile phone number for this.
You will be required to sign for your delivery. Orders will be sent with tracking and with a signature required if the service is available. You will receive an email with the tracking information.
Large complicated orders such as 20 fabrics or more or upwards of £150 can take an hour or more to process. It can also take an hour to complete the customs paperwork so we can not guarantee to dispatch the same day anymore but we will always try our best.
